any help wanted? setups events etc

I have a Gamecube with smash bros etc, and will be bringing a couple video cameras and some music equipment, maybe some other bits if people are interested. Also i have a half decent dj setup on my pc, just need some speakers (dont own any decent ones as of yet)

hehe ,think this is gonna be a busy con, but i want to try and help throw stuff in to make it an enjoyable first con for everyone. I organised one in South Africa in 2007 in a theme park there, ran really well, so i kinda enjoy it

they didnt have a con as such, but was like a full long day meet up in a theme park there, met some great furs and it ran so nicely, but i know they did start one up in the last couple years. Catch me there and we can chat and stuff, maybe organise too

Quick question about panels/room events. Is there any organisation or planning needed to run a couple of these setups? i could do a music one and an art one or something? maybe something else? just ideas but could add to things to do there. Thanks
