Registration Information
Welcome to the ScotiaCon 2012 Registration information page.
If you read through this guide carefully, the chances are you will find all the answers to your questions regarding the registration process. It’s therefore bound to make your registration experience faster and easier – who wouldn’t want that? Don’t forget, the dates of the con are from the 27th July 2012 to the 30th July 2012!

Complete the Registration form!
Once you get your pending response, check all the details to make sure they are correct, then head on over to the google checkout page (or to your bank to pay over the counter direct into the SC account).
Once you have paid for your ticket, sit back and wait for your confirmation
You should receive your confirmation of attendance – congratulations – you’re coming to ScotiaCon 2012!
If you want to book rooms at the official hotel, call the hotel with the number provided in your confirmation email and quote the unique discount code. Alternatively, you can email
your details to the ScotiaCon registration team and we’ll handle the booking. Otherwise, please make your own travel and accommodation arangements.
- Your ‘attendee’ or ‘sponsor’ tickets, are only paying for your ticket to enter the convention venue – not for accomodation.
- You must pay for your ticket, in full, by Wedensday 27th June 2012 23:59 BST.
- The hotel is not exclusive to only ScotiaCon attendees, so there WILL be other members of the public staying at the hotel. This means that the rooms are going to be booked up quickly.
